Does anyone know how to convert a FLV video to WMA? and once you do,can you edit it in 'windows movie maker'?

I have a flash (FLV) video on my computer that i want to convert to a WMA, can you do so? what program would u need to use-and once i can get it converted do you know of any program that i could edit the video with, like adding text to it? - would ''windows movie maker'' allow that..thanks for the help
